APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 211(4) OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956.

10.	A certified copy of the Board of Director’s resolution for the exemption sought for indicating the specific para & financial year.
11.	In case of first application, precise reasons as to how the company has been complying in the past (if the company has not complied, the reasons thereof.)
12.	The recommendation of the Ministry of Defence or the concerned Defence Department confirming that all the products manufactured by the company are for Defence purpose and disclosures of the quantitative details in the published accounts would not be in National interest (for company’s producing/ supplying Defence equipments).
13.	Whether the company is maintaining proper purchase, sale and stock register so as to furnish the true and fair view of its state of affairs in compliance with Section 209/211 read with Schedule –VI to the Companies Act, 1956, if not why ?
14.	A copy of each of the approval under Section 211(4) of the Act obtained for the last two financial years.
15.	Whether details for which exemption is being asked for, have been given by the Company in its Tax Audit Reports under the Income Tax Rules, 1962.
16.	In case your company is a Hotel Company, please, specify the number of Hotels/Restaurants/ Bars being operated/run by the Company along with their addresses. Also mention the number of rooms/restaurants/ Bars in each Hotels.
