PRESS NOTE
Subject : Information and Facilitation Counter of the Department of Company Affairs.
The computerised Information and Facilitation Counter of the Department of Company Affairs, set up at Shastri Bhavan, Ground Floor, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road, New Delhi – 110 001, renders assistance to the general public for obtaining information regarding schemes, procedures, forms, applications and status of the individual complaint etc. Information relating to investors grievances, status of loan and investment applications, managerial remuneration applications, appointment of auditors, miscellaneous applications being dealt with by the Department of Company Affairs, complaints filed before CLB under Section 58(A) of the Companies Act, 1956 are also made available at the Facilitation Counter during office hours on all working days.
2. Individuals who wish to personally hand-over any grievance, complaint or any other application on any matter relating to the Department of Company Affairs, may do so at this Facilitation Counter during 2 to 4 PM on all working days and obtain computerised acknowledgement receipts in respect of such applications for future reference.
3. Free pamphlets and priced publications of the Department can also be had from the Facilitation Counter.
4. General Public is requested to take advantage of this Information and Facilitation Counter.
