In the Schedule after clause 21 the following be added:

 23. The SC(R) Act, 1956 (Act no. 42 of 1956 )

 24. The Depositories Act, 1996 (Act No. 22 of 1996)"

 25. The Securities Act, 1998 (Act of 1998) (when enacted)
