          S.O.933(E). – In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs, number S.O. 1087 (E) dated the 11^th November, 1999 namely:-

 

          In the said notification for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

 

“Shri Vinod Dhall, IAS, Secretary,

 Department of Company Affairs …………. Chairman.”.
