Notification
S.O. 691(E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 5A of the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs, number S.O. 279(E), dated the 10th April, 1992.
2. In the said notification, for serial number 27 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
