S.O. 523(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 (53 of 2000), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15^th day of June, 2001 as the date on which the provisions of section 80 of the said Act shall come into force.
